The aim of this course is to improve awareness and to enhance the skills of participants in handling safety issues and preventing loss. The course adopts a behavioral perspective in highlighting the role of management and that of employees in ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
The training focuses on improving organizational safety culture, increasing safe behaviors, problem solving using an empowered engineering solutions approach and a commitment to the value of zero accidents.
The course is interactive and consists of many practical examples and workshops, which have been designed and structured to enable the participants to implement safety procedures and significantly reduce material loss in their organizations after completion of the course.

Methodology
