Registration Requirements Official Registration is required for delegates to attend the training courses. If the registered Participant is unable to attend the meeting and he/she can appoint a substitute attendee, contact us at register@maestrouae.net for final approval. The substitute participant must also register officially to attend the training. Registration Payment Policy Any Public Trainings, clients can register for any training by official email or by fax to MAESTRO CONSULTANTS with valid company stamp and authorised signature and complete invoicing address (If by Official Fax Letter) or Authorised Person must send official registrations with complete address to our email register@maestrouae.net or training@maestro.net. After receiving official registration, we will contact the concerned training department and We might request for participant contact details for communicating with them in case of any needs. We would like to ensure that the level of the participants match the level of the course – Basic, Intermediate or Advanced. We might request the participants to go through the course outline and topics covered, so that the participants can have a complete view of what are to be taught and to be learned to avoid any later differences, however we shall strive to make them excel in learning process. Registration Confirmation and Training E-Badge Registration Confirmation of attendee registration is sent via email immediately upon confirmation of each training along with venue details and relevant information. Please SAVE YOUR CONFIRMATION LETTER and print it for your reference, information and reimbursements. Payment & Discounts Policies Payment to be done in advance at the time of registration confirmation. Your registration will be confirmed only when payment is received. Registration includes lunch, refreshments and course materials/handouts etc… In order to receive any ‘early bird’ discounts, Registration has to be done one month before the course commencement date. Discount offers cannot be combined with any other offer. Special clients will receive special discount up to 10% based upon the volume of business and number of participants We accept Service Orders that need to be issued by the time of booking. Please note that standard price applies for any payments done after completed training. Clients may substitute registered candidate at any time with another Candidate with the same or similar job function. Please notify us as soon as you can so we can make necessary arrangements. Registration questions should be sent to register@maestrouae.net Cancellation Policies Cancellation requests must identify the registrant's name, email address, membership level, and amount paid. Send cancellation requests to training@maestrouae.net Cancellation is possible and free of charges if done 21 working Days before the course commencement date. For any cancellation received in writing 7 working days prior to the training, you will receive a notification to be used at another MAESTRO CONSULTANTS training which must be used within one year from the date of cancellation. No refund will be given. No credit will be issued for any cancellation received less than 7 days prior to the training. In the event the training is being cancelled, you will receive a credit note or full refund of the same amount paid for the training or services of MAESTRO CONSULTANTS. MAESTRO CONSULTANTS is not responsible for any loss or damage or liable in the case the training/event is cancelled or postponed due to a fortuitous or unforeseen event such as natural disasters or any other event that prohibits the training/event from running. MAESTRO CONSULTANTS reserve the right to change the speaker/trainer or parts of the content in case circumstances beyond the control of MAESTRO CONSULTANTS necessitate these alterations, such as changes from the speaker/trainer. Any substitutions or changes will be communicated and are always kept to a minimum. Dispute Tenacity & Settlement Policies MAESTRO CONSULTANTS recognise a client’s right to lodge a complaint or grievance when they are dissatisfied with the training services that they have been provided by us. We will ensure that clients have access to a fair and equitable process for handling complaints or grievances according to the principles of natural justice. This policy covers complaints or grievances against unacceptable, inappropriate or ineffective behaviours, materials, facilities or information expressed or provided to students in the course of training. Complaints and grievances may involve the conduct of its trainers, assessors, other staff, third parties. This policy can be used to deal with complaints or grievances relating to: • Personal conflicts (e.g. inappropriate or disruptive conduct, harassment) • Discrimination • Victimisation • Curriculum or information • Training materials • Trainer/assessor competence • Assessment processes Discretion/Complaint Policies Complaints will be treated seriously and dealt with promptly, impartially, sensitively and confidentially. The rights of the complainant and respondent will be acknowledged and protected throughout the entire complaint resolution process Tenacity Policies In the event of any dispute or training results in failure MAESTRO CONSULTANTS intend to re-conduct the training for attended participants free of cost within the period of one-year time as we aim at customer satisfaction. Written complaint will be accepted in such cases.
